WILLIAM "DUB" SUTHERLAND, VI

Mr. Sutherland is a partner at Kennedy, Toppin & Sutherland, L.L.P. Mr. Sutherland's focus is providing guidance to financial institutions in strategic and succession planning, management and management structure, and improving risk management practices.

Mr. Sutherland has spent most of his career in executive management positions in both the banking and manufacturing industries. He continues to focus on risk management and management theory and the practical application of these theories in the financial services industry.

He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Texas Bar Association

Mr. Sutherland was born Decemeber 22, 1980. He received his B.A. in Government from The University of Texas at Austin and J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law. He was admitted to the bar in the state of Texas.
