Mr. Waldron is an associate at Kennedy, Toppin & Sutherland, L.L.P., primarily supporting the representation of financial institutions throughout the United States on a wide variety of corporate, banking, securities and regulatory matters including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity securities offerings, financing and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Waldron previously worked as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP’s Washington, D.C. office, representing clients such as the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, Exxon Mobil, Goldman Sachs, Fiat, Barclays and others, on an array of domestic and international transactions including securities offerings, mergers/acquisitions, and various financing structures.  One such transaction was named the 2009 Restructuring Deal of the Year by LatinLawyer Magazine.   

Prior to earning his law degree, Mr. Waldron served as a Captain in the United States Army, and was awarded the Bronze Star for his service in Iraq.  He also worked as a project manager for a Washington, D.C. defense consulting firm.

Mr. Waldron is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association, and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the District of Columbia.  Mr. Waldron is not currently admitted to practice law in the State of Texas.

Mr. Waldron received a B.S. in International Security from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Georgetown University in 2008.
